You are looking at a museum quality reproduction of the Frog, Propelodytes wagner from the Eocene Age of the famous site Messel , Germany . Certain fossils are just too costly and some are one-of-a-kind that can only be viewed at museums. This fossil reproduction is an exact copy, cast in resin directly from the actual fossil itself. The replica frog measures 81mm x 58mm on a matrix of 108mm x 72mm.
