For Auction I have a nice piece of pottery made by The Weller Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. The Shape is a Rose Bowl Vase and the pattern is "Atlas". The Vase stands 4 1/8" tall and is approximately 6 1/8" in diameter.The Vase is all about the form and has a nice Rose Bowl shape with a Star shaped opening to hold your flowers or plant. The outside is glazed in a Robins Egg Blue or Turquoise while the interior and the star opening are glazed in a complimentary Cream color. This is a rare form to come across and not seen very often.The Vase is considered to be in Excellent Condition as there are no chips, cracks, nicks or dings. The piece is signed with Weller's in-mold script signature as well as the Artist Signature "R". This is the finisher's mark however I am not sure whose signature it is.
