You are bidding on an authentic Wendell August Forge hand made aluminum can. This piece has the pine motif which has been discontinued by the company. It is in excellent condition! The stamp on the bottom states: Wendell August Forge. 901, Grove City, PA. This piece stands 10" tall and is oval shape. The opening is 9 7/8" by 7 3/4". I called the company to find more information about it and they told me that it was a discontinued piece and would have to be a special custom hand made order if someone wanted it. They had a smaller size oval can that sold for around $140 which had a different pattern. The customer service specialist told me it was probably a custom order at one time due to the nature of the size and the specific pattern. She estimated the value to be 3 to 4 times it's original value because of the size and the discontinued pattern. E mail with any questions. NO RESERVE!!!
