This is a substantial piece of quality pottery, made in Hawes, N Yorkshire, with a total weight of over 2.6kg. The base measures 10.5in/27cm diameter, and the whole stands around 7in/18cm to top of handle. The decoration is an impressive two-tone radiating pattern, reminiscent of cheese slices. Condition is excellent - free of any chips, cracks, or scratches - it probably has been used, but there are no marks to show it.Please note - postal rate quoted is a typical example only, and includes approximately 10% towards material costs. (I carry the further 10% charge Ebay now put on postal charges!).Because of its weight, collection is especially welcome, and I could also deliver within 10/12 miles of Halifax for the cost of fuel, and for the same reason, I regret I cannot offer overseas postage on this item.Other options, including faster delivery, delivery by other carriers, insurance etc, can be added at your request – please advise before making payment. I wrap all items, especially fragile ones, very carefully – but any compensation for damage during delivery remains with the buyer – especially if uninsured. Please look at my other items, and should you purchase more than one item from me, I will always combine them to keep postal costs to the minimum for you. I always refund savings of over a pound when these can be made at the Post
