This is the base of an old Western Electric Brass Candlestick Telephone, still in OK condition. The bottom piece to which the phone is attached is losing its coating. On the telephone it says "Western Electric Company", "Pat. in U.S.A. Aug 16 04 Sept 13 04." Buyer to pay appropriate postage.
