This is an old refurbished Western Electric single slot pay telephone with volume control adapted for home use with a modular plug inside the phone. The phone is complete with the mounting cord, Coin-Box, Back board, Mounting Screws, and a Olympic Vault door. 50 cents is not needed to make a call but can be used and will be dropped into the vault and can be used as a bank or a great conversation piece. This phone has the old style ringer and sounds great. It works great with both incoming and outgoing calls. The chrome is in PERFECT CONDITION, the pictures do not emphasize this enough. We take great pride in our packaging, check out our feedback. We use approximately two rolls of tape and use a great deal of packaging material to ensure that your payphone gets to you the way it left us. I am including a coin box and a backboard with screws which a great extra! No coins required! Also when we refurbish the phone we take pride as if we were placing the phone you are getting in our own home. We have one in our game room and one on my back porch, and both look great. The phone you see is the one you get!
