You are bidding on a Western Electric type 422A rectifier tube. This is a used tube but looks and tests as new. Tests on the TV-7-D show both sides test at 50 w the nominal value for a good tube is 40. Buyer to pay shipping and insurance. Shipping costs are only what it costs to ship your box. Never any extra "fees" tacked on Payment accepted in cashiers check, money order or personal check drawn on a US bank. If you choose to pay by personal check, I will ship after your check clears.
