Mfg in the 1980's by Western Knife Co. in Boulder, Colorado commemorating Texas Sesquicentennial (1836-1986). Stag handle with gold etching of Texas cattle and wagon train scenes on the blade, numbered 1 of 15000.Knife was stored in a safe after it was purchased with other items on top of it which mashed the box. Verdi Gris(green from the brass) on the stag handle. The blade is near perfect. There is little information on the internet regarding past sales. I was told by the owner he paid $300 when they were offered by Western. There is one other listed on ebay for $1900.
