The Westmoreland mark is both on the underside of this beautiful basket and also on the underside of the lid. It is green carnival glass and the interior seems perhaps like slag glass. It appears to be in mint condition with no issues that I can find. It measures 3 1/2 x 5 inches and is about 5 1/2 inches tall (including the lid and handle). This is a gorgeous piece of Westmoreland carnival, and insurance is included in the shipping cost.
