Up for auction is 12 early wheat pennies --- in holders & 1 pound of mixed wheat pennies . I don't know how many coins are in 1 pound --- some will still need a soap and water wash because they're still in a condition as I found them with a metal detector a few years ago. I'm probably have more than 1000 week pennies I never got around to cleaning --- so it's unlikely I checked all of them for dates and mint marks --- I just don't remember. T's not very many uncleaned ones in this auction. A little soap and water and a toothbrush will clean them quite well, usually. More to follow. Starting price is $0.99.
