UNSEARCHED Wheat/Indian Penny RollEnd 1: 1870 3 Cent NickelEnd 2: 2 1/2 PESO GOLD COIN NOTE: For those that have asked why there are gold foreign coins in these rolls: I don't know. I purchased 1200 rolls of pennies from a local estate and there are quite a few rolls with gold coins on an end - most are behind a holed coin; but a few are like this - sitting nice and pretty under a tight crimp. I'm guessing they'll pop out easily if the roll is "whacked" due to the diameter of the coin; but, at the time they are photographed, the gold coins are under the crimp. I've heard of quite a few odd things being in these rolls - no clue why. This roll is from a great batch of rolls I found at another local estate sale.
