This dish is made out of white milk glass. It does not have a maker's name on it, but on the bottom, it does say "Pat. Applied For" (Patent Applied For). It depicts an eagle head and wings sheltering three eggs labelled "Cuba, Phillipines, and Puerto Rico." It comes from the time period of the Spanish American War (thus the titles on the eggs). It is 6 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 inches tall. Excellent condition.
