Hi and welcome to our no reserve auction. Here we have a Whitman folder 1937-67 Its full of 50 coins - all the years plus duplicates of the earlier ones inc 37-9, 41-52,57 Terms & Conditions : Yes, all shipping is done at our risk, not yours. Yes, we ship internationally. Yes, we combine postage. Yes, we accept returns, and offer a full refund if it is our fault. Full details below:- UK Shipping : We charge a little bit more for UK shipping than some sellers, because we send all our items tracked. This means we have insurance, and should it fail to arrive we'll re-imburse you and sort it out with the Royal Mail ourselves. We do not intentionally make a profit out of our p&p charges, so if you feel you've been overcharged, please contact me, I would rather sort out an error than leave ill-feeling. Items under £50 go First Class Recorded and over £50 go special delivery. All items are packed in jiffy bags Combined Postage : If you buy several different lots we will do our best to combine postage, within the size, weight and value constraints set by the Royal Mail. So four or five low value single coins would be posted together for only one postage charge. Bulk lots we still offer combined postage, but obviously a bigger heavier parcel is more expensive to post so we have to pass those charges on. The only time we may not be able to discount postage very much is if the total value exceeds £50. As in this case we will send the package special delivery (so if you bought three coins at £20 +£1.70 p&p each – the postage charge would still be £5.10 as we would send it special delivery. Of course if you bought 10 coins at £20 +£ 1.70 p&p each, then depending on the weight the postal charge would be about £6.) I'm sure you get the idea! We will never charge you more than it says on the listing, even if we've cocked up! International Shipping Rates We're happy to ship internationally. If there is no price displayed on the listing please email us for a quote. Heavy items can cost a fortune to ship overseas, so please check first. Generally we charge about £2.50 for items up to 100g up to £15 value (ordinary air mail), £7.00 for single items over £15.00 (international signed for). Remember paypal charge me nearly 5% to receive 'overseas' payments and we have to pay that on the postage charge as well ! Combined shipping is still available for overseas items – subject to the need for International Signed For, if the total exceeds £15. Due to thefts, any silver coins going outside the EU (i.e. requiring a customs declaration) must be sent International Signed For at £7.00. We always fill out Customs Declaration's. It is your responsibility to check you are allowed to import the coin you're bidding on, and it is your responsibility to pay any customs duty on it. Returns : Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us before making a return. If there was a mistake at our end either with delivery or description, we will issue a full refund including postage on receipt of the returned item. Payment We accept paypal, cheques, transfers, or cash on collection, and would appreciate payment within four days of the auction ending. If you're want to delay payment for longer (if you're away, or wanting to combine postage), that's fine, but please let us know, as we automatically file NPB after four days. Please note we don't dispatch items until we receive the funds, so don't send an e-cheque if you want quick delivery. Other Any weights are taken off our un-calibrated scales – they're pretty good, but use them as a guide only. Gradings are highly subjective – we try and be realistic, probably more than most – but at the end of the day it is still just an opinion, so use it as a guide only.
