ORIGINAL WII McCORD FRONT SEAM FIXED LOOP/BAIL HELMET. This helmet is a perfect candidate for a full restoration. Appears to have been stripped. Has some odd paint spots near the rear of the helmet. Cork and paint and chin straps and you are ready to go. Heat stamp number 693A. No stress cracks that I can see. One of the chin strap loops has a crack where it's attached to the helmet, but is still secure. Also there is a small hole exposed on the outside of the helmet at the loop attachment point (see last photo). Inside has remnants of red and OD paint and there is surface rust. Condition is Used.
