Whiskey 8 years old. Level: Mid shoulder. 1 liter. 101 proof.(1 bottle)Offered for auction is a WILD TURKEY AUTHENTIC HAND-CARVED HIGH QUALITY CRYSTAL DECANTER MADE BY BACCARAT. This beautiful commodores DECANTER is the result of a long and arduous process of hand craftsmanship. This decanter comes with a great wooden chest. The chest comes with a book on the unique history of the WILD TURKEY CRYSTAL COLLECTORS DECANTER. This was a representation of the classic EARLY AMERICAN COMMODORES DECANTER used on the tall ships in the early 1800s. A signed certificate of authenticity comes with the decanter. Decanter is from SEPTEMBER 10, 1980. DECANTER IS IN MINT CONDITION. The great wooden chest that holds the crystal decanter measures 10 1/2 X 11 X15 inches. The crystal decanter measures app 10 inches tall without the crystal stopper. How is the crystal decanter made? The crystal decanter is first a shapeless mass of molten crystal that is carefully blown into its preliminary shape. While still soft, it is sheared and shaped some more. Then the design is molded. Finally it is polished to the brilliance you now see. These decanters are very rare.
