2011 UK Royal Mail 'The Royal Wedding Of Prince William & Catherine Middleton'- Miniature Stamp Sheet Illustrated FDC.Issued on 21st April 2011. . The cover bears the official Royal Mail commemorative stamps which have been produced by our UK Royal Mail to mark the wedding of Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton. The stamps are printed within a miniature sheet which features Prince William's coat of arms. The two £1.10 value stamps feature the official engagement portraits taken by world-renowned photographer Mario Testino. The formal image was taken in the Council Chamber of St James's Palace, while the informal image depicted in the two first class value stamps shows the couple embracing in the Palace's Cornwall room. The sheet is cancelled by a Pictorial 'Westminster Abbey' FDI SHS at London SW1, the location of Westminster Abbey where the marriage will take place. The cover's envelope depicts Prince William's Coat of Arms and is finely printed with the couple's names in both English & Welch, as is the insert card which gives a potted account of how the couple first met. The FDC is in new condition, it does bear a neatly typed name & address which has been deleted from the image shown for privacy purposes only.
