Here is a 1970's reproduction of Lionel's 408E Standard Gauge engine by William's. This is how Williams issued these engines. You supply the motors (engines) but the wheels are standard Lionel reproduction wheels. There is a small "L" shaped dent on the top (Look at the pictures). There are also some "Flea Bites" on one end of the paint on the black platform (again look at the pictures). There is no rust on these "Flea Bites".
