WILLIE MCCOVEY autographed baseball. This is an Official National League baseball (commissioner Coleman) hand-signed by Willie McCovey. This autograph was deemed authentic by PSA/DNA per an Auction Letter from a recent live auction. The Letter covered an entire box of baseballs, as noted on the letter (conversely, any balls with bad signatures were pulled from the bulk lot upon inspection and are not mentioned in the letter). A copy of the Auction Letter will be included with this baseball. The auction for the lot was originally held on June 14th, 2008. Ball appears toned in the picture, but it is not. I have bad photo lighting so all my baseballs appear this way. It is in fact snowy white. SEE SCANS FOR DETAILS Hall-of-Famer Willie McCovey was a fearsome slugger who played most of his career with the San Francisco Giants (thus the 'McCovey Cove'). He belted 521 homers in his career, pretty good for playing in a mostly pitcher-friendly era. Shipping: first class mail delivery confirmation to US only.
