Winchester Mystery House Collection Mini Model House, 3 postcards, 2 brochures and 1 booklet Mini Model of the Winchester Mystery House measures about 3 1/4 inches long, 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide. Made out of some kind of plaster or clay. 1 postcard showing the Winchester Mystery House in the early 1900's and now. 1 postcard of the Winchester family tree 1 postcard of "did you know?" mysteries and oddities like: Construction started on the house in 1884 and continued uninterrupted 24-7 until Sarah Winchester's death in 1922. One staircase ends at the ceiling, another descends 7 steps and then rises 11. The door to now which opens on the second floor with a drop to the ground below. The smallest cabinet is 1/2 inch deep. 1 Brochure Estate Guide with guide map 1 abridged guide to the Winchester Mystery House. 12 page booklet that explains your tour of the house from start to finish. 1 booklet called "Lady of Mystery (Sarah Winchester) by Ralph Rambo. 17 pages explaining the story of Santa Clara Valley's most famous lady, Sarah Winchester, and her fabulous mystery mansion. The copywrite is 1967, but I doubt this particular booklet is that old. It's also #1 of the Pioneer Series. I collected all these items when I toured the Mystery House in 2005 Everything is in great condition!
