Authentic winchester 4 hole pattern trench gun he at guard Bayonet mount incredible condition not a replica description This guard has a very nice correct green parkerized finish. There is very slight wear on the high spots. The bead site is intact. This guard does have the "W' stamp on the mount. the "W" stamp was placed during the later portion of WW2 to differentiate Stevens guards from the Winchester guards. This guard is in excellent condition. Very little wear on the high points where a bayonet was attached. The 3 screws are in very good shape. There is one small scratch on the underside just above the W. look carefully at the pictures. The origin of the sling is not known. The sling swivel is included.
