Rare WW2. The Right Honourable Winston Churchill his first speech as Prime Minister Recorded 19th May 1940 direct from the radio. On two 78s "three sides". Label is "SIMPLAT" with just a patent number 438029. (Hand written on the labels The Rt Hon Winstone Churchill 19-5-40) Sides 1 and 2 are in very good condition and play like new. Side 3 is in poor condition and is distorted at the start and skips into about a quarter of the record, lots of surface noise and There is a message at the end "You have been listening to a recording made in the studios of the Woking and District Film Guild of the Prime Minister the honourable Winston Churchill direct from radio to record on Sunday 19th May 1940.The records are in dealers card sleeves of the period. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Postage and Packing All items are very well packaged I send 78s all over the world "See my Feedback" ** UK ** Royal Mail 2nd Class 10in.
