This is an original 1977 limited eddition first issue "over the rainbow" collectors plate from the Knowles company. Plate number 04680a. NO chips or cracks in this plate.From 1977 to 1979 the Knowles China Company of Newell, West Virginia, issued a series of eight limited-edition collector plates honoring MGM'S Wizard of Oz.
