THE WIZARD OF OZ DOROTHY AND TOTO S & P MIB #A915. The bottom is marked Judy Garland Designed Exclusively for the Warner Brothers Studio Store, 1997 Turner Entertainment Co. Made in China. Dorothy stands about 4 1/4” tall and Toto stands about 3” tall. No Chips, Cracks, or Hairlines. It is made out of Ceramic. This is a welcome addition to any The Wizard of Oz or Judy Garland or Toto or Salt and Pepper Collector. As stated, it is in the box. It has only been taken out today to have its photo taken. The box has normal tears and damage and aging from being stored away in the garage for all these years. The majority of the vintage pottery that we sell was manufactured in the early 1900s to 1955. Please understand that all of these ceramic and vintage handmade pottery items were not "perfect" as we would expect them to be. The term Mint in the Box, to us, means no damage after the manufacture of the piece and a piece is as it left the factory. Please realize that t might be an fired glaze drip or variations in the color of the glaze or a unglazed area or factory imperfections or mold defects or (an extra small piece of clay fired under the glaze or glaze bubble). This will not only be seen in the vintage handmade items, but occasionally, t will be imperfections in the newer ceramic of today. We will try to describe to the best of our ability any of these imperfections that we see and to photograph them for you. I believe that a picture is worth a "Thousand Words", so please look at all of the photographs very carefully before bidding. I may not have described the damage in detail, but I try to photograph it all with a quarter adjacent or pictures to the damage.
