This is being relisted because an overseas buyer won and could not produce a USA shipping address. Beautifully detailed footed holder with a nouveau design maiden on both sides of handle. Space for engraving between the heads and scroll work. It has never been engraved. Bottom marked B with the WMF (made in Germany by WMF company - "WURTTEMBERGISCHE METALLWAREN FABRIK") mark, and OX on right. T is a 90 impressed in bottom across from the other marks.I don't know the age, probably early 1900's, nor the metal. Needs polishing, and t is very minor wear to the finish. It doesn't look like plate, but more like a stainless or pewter. 2 3/4" tall, approximately 2 3/4" across.AT THIS TIME I DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.
