Lovely Oil Painting Of An Elegant Lady In A Flowing Dress Day Dreaming by a Lake, By The Listed Swiss-American Artist Adolfo Muller-Ury(1862-1947).Adolfo Muller-Ury was known for portrait, figure, and Still life painting. He studied at the Munich Royal Academy and after a few years emigrated to New York in 1884. He painted President Mckinley, Mrs Havemeyer, and several Metropolitan Opera House Divas and other important people of the times which gave him great success at the time. He exhibited widely at numerous galleries and museums.The painting is in excellent condition and measures 8 1/2" h x 6 1/2" image size and 11 3/4" x 9 3/4" overall. The painting is oil on canvas mounted to a wood panel.
