Offered for your consideration is an Antique c1930's French Lenci, Raynal or Alma Type Doll. She is all original and measures 20" tall. She has jointed limbs with a stationary head that is tilted towards her right. Her Face, arms and legs are made of felt. The face looks like it was painted yesterday. Brown eyebrows, brown side glancing eyes with painted upper eyelashes and brown eyeliner. Brown eyes, black pupils with white accents. The white part of her eyes has a shadow of grey. One of her nostrils is missing the red dot as shown in my pictures. Heart shaped ruby red lips with lower lip having a pink accent. Blushed cheeks. Curly mohair wig. When you take off her hat, the hair is more blonde as it does not have the dust patina that her ringlets around the face and her clothing have. Her hands are like mittens with the fingers stitched together. You will see several moth nibbles on her limbs and clothing. The back of he jacket has 2 moth holes . The hat and cape are made of felt. The blue has faded to grey over the years. The pockets, ties and trim are made of pink, black and white felt. The hat has the same pattern. Just adorable. The dress is made of organdy with felt trim on the bottom. The top part of the dress is made of blue felt. It has an organdy attached slip. Cloth panties with lace trim.
