This is a English made antique, c. 1880 Majolica Bowl In the shape of a shell. Made buy Joseph Holdcroft and it has the British registry mark. It is not signed, but is definitely Holdcroft. The color is all beautiful majolica blue, except the three brown shell feet. This is a great piece of antique Victorian Era majolica in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs. It is 11 ins. long X 8 ins. wide and is 3 1/2 ins. tall. Please see all the photos as they are part of the discription. They show how nice the bowl is and can describe it better than I can.
