A GREAT FARNELL AT A ROCK BOTTOM PRICE. On offer is a c1915 Farnell “Winnie the pooh” teddy bear in wonderful condition and stands 19”. Made from lovely soft clean golden silky mohair retaining 95% approx. with slight thinning to back of neck. His features are all original including his glass eyes, black nose and mouth stitching with the nose having the outer upturned stitches typical of the period. All of his pads have been professionally replaced with claw stitching being replaced in keeping with the originals and card reinforced feet. He is mainly wood wool stuffed throughout with a lovely hump to his back. All in all a wonderful example of a Farnell bear who would grace any collection.
