Wood and Son Windsor pattern large platter This lot comprises a large oval meat platter. The body has a plain rim and gold trim and is decorated with a rim band of stylised flower heads and geometric designs in the Imari colours of brick red, cobalt blue, and gold. Maker – The base is stamped in brick red with a crown and ribbon with Wood & Sons; Semi-Porcelain, England; Windsor This dates the manufacture to around the 1900s. Condition – The platter is in good clean condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, apart from a tiny inclusion on the rim..
