This is an incredible smaller, and economical model of the flagship of the UNITED STATES COAST GUARD BARQUE EAGLE . The wooden and metal detailed ship model is 9 1/2"H x 9"L x 2"W. It features wooden construction with metal handrails. Wooden masts, cloth sails, loaded with details including the USCG stripes on the bow! Brand new in brand new box. In fact, I had to break the seal to inspect and photograph the model. I was fortunate enough to tour the EAGLE back in the mid-80s when she put into Portland, Maine. If you ever have this chance don't pass it up. She comes with a brass plaque on the wooden stand with supports. NO RESERVE. Winning bidder will pay 2 pounds shipping .
