Natural Woodland Display Base for OOAK Faerie, Fairy This unique display has lots of nooks and crannies for an OOAK faerie to rest. The base is a piece of wood that is approximately 8" across and 1" thick which I covered with sheet moss. I have glued felt to the underneath side of the base to protect whatever piece of furniture it is placed on. Another gnarled piece of wood has been screwed onto the base to provide a stand for the house to perch on. I have used moss covered twigs, sheet moss, reindeer moss, dried flowers, preserved mushrooms, black lichen and twigs to create the details of this piece. The piece is approximately 9" tall. I have sprayed the piece with a protective sealer, but the moss and dried flowers will not last indefinitely and may need to be replaced in 2-4 years. The three sweet little faes pictured with this display do not come with the display . They were made especially for me by another eBayer (K. Russo) for display purposes only.
