This plate is of the White House China Plate Collection made by Woodmere China re-created from the china pattern during the adminstration of James Monroe. Although I am no expert by any means the only flaw I can find in this plate is below the eagle in the red t appears to be a tiny manufacture spot. I have run my fingers around the rim and on the base and could not feel anything wrong. The plate is about 7 1/2 inches in diameter. This is Limited Edition Plate No 2353A. All said this is being sold as is . Please email any questions you might have.
