Over-all it's 36" long. All mechanical adjustments are in perfect working order. Swivel points everywhere on this one, from the base to the socket, infinitely positionable lamp with age appropriate wear NOTE: Light/electrical tested & works great, but with anything this old - I recommend that it be professionaly re-wired.
