This is from the Happy Memories Village set made in a limited numbered edition under Hawthorne Village 2003 I have 3 in my collection. This one is the vintage Woolworths . it is 7 and a half inches long by 5 and a half inches wide and about 6 inches tall. It is lit with a light and an on / off thumb switch. This also comes with a certificate of authenticity. and it is numbered on the bottom of the building. this is in perfect conditions- no chips or breakage. Check my other Hawthorne Village sets, they are McDonalds and Sinclair Gas Station check out my other auctions too for different kinds of buildings. ..I am selling all the larger buildings in my set. Because they are heavy I dont think it is a good idea to combine the weights. I do have a few auctions with figures and accessories. thanks for looking and happy holidays.
