You are bidding on a 12 volume set of the works of George Eliot, published by Estes and Lauriat (Boston) in 1887. This is the Handy Volume edition, uniformly bound in 3/4 navy blue leather over marbled boards with marbled endpapers. This edition includes all of Eliot's major titles, including Daniel Deronda, Middlemarch,Romola, Adam Bede, The Mill on the Floss, and others. Set is in VG condition overall. The corners to most volumes are bumped and or frayed. There is edgewear to boards and wear to spines and spine joints. However overall this is a set with good shelf appeal, with nice illustrations.Bindings are solid with tight hinges. Please note that I have not collated the set and therefore it is being sold AS IS. No International Shipping. Please email any questions and thanks for looking!
