Up for bid are Ten Volumes of THE WORKS OF JULES VERNE, Edited by Charles F Horne, PhD, Professor of English, College of the City of New York. Published by Vincent Parke and Co, 1911. Doesn't say if this is the complete set but someone has written on the front endpaper that there are 15 volumes. Some of the stories included - A Winter in the ice, Five Weeks in a Balloon, In Search of the Castaways, Off on a Comet, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, English at the North Pole. Hardcover, numerous nice illustrations, some in COLOR, don't see any credit for the artist(s), some pages uncut. Fair/Good conditions with some edge wear and scuffing to covers, pages nice and off-white, bindings firm. Media mail in US $5.00, no reserve, we combine shipping.
