Up for sale is an Original 1 July, 1946 dated Army & Army Air Force Interchangeability and Cross Reference chart manual. This manual was used to cross reference part number in-between the aircraft. This manual also includes cross reference to different manufacturers on the same part. Some of the parts included in this manual are engines, tires, propeller blades, hydraulic cylinders, wheel, brakes, instruments, carburetors, cooler assemblies, landing gear components, filters, indicators, pumps, turbochargers, transmitter, valves and superchargers. This manual covered many Army and Amry Air Forces aircraft, including B-32, B-29, B-17, B-24, B-25, B-26, A-20, A-26, P-38, P-40, P-47, P-51, P-61, P-80, C-46, C-47, C-53, C-54, C-60, C-87 The main manual is a soft cover which is 11" tall by 8.5" wide. It is 141 pages long. This manual was bond together at one time with staples, but they were removed many years ago. The back page has some slight age spots and what appears to have been some tape on it long ago. This last page is blank on both sides, see attached photo. All of the pages are intact with no rips or tears. This is a great cross-reference manual if you have part numbers without knowing its application. This is another must have for any avid WWII collector. Another rare manual to come along. I have done my best to descibe this read more
