,,,,This is an Inert 37mm case that is unable to be made to fire,,,this unique piece of ww-2 trench art has a flower with 2 leaves and a place in the bottom for a name,,,but the name didnt get put in,,,,whoever did it took alot of time,,,,and did a great job,,,,thanks for looking and ck my other ww 2 pieces i will be listing soon ,,, are the stampings from the bottom and what they mean 37-85 = French 37mm, Model of 1885. PDPs = Parc D'artillerie de Paris, the French arsenal 1.17 = January 1917, the manufacture date looks like maybe this is world war 1
