This is a circa 1945 real photo post card of two African American World War II soldiers with two white German women - their dates. The GIs are both corporals and are wearing their dress uniforms. With them, in very close poses are their German dates - both of whom are smiling broadly. The woman on the right is quite pretty. On the reverse is written in pencil - Black WWII G. I.'s With German White Dates. The view may be later than 1945 - it may be as late as 1952. European card by Agfa. This real photo post card is postally unused. Condition: FAIR. This real photo post card was at one time mounted in an album with black pages and has black paper and glue residue on all four corners of the reverse. The card has mulitple large severe folds and other smaller folds. Some of these smaller folds have associated tears. Other edge tears. The card is dirty overall and the paper stock is a bit thinner than typical. All that said - still a very rare view of mixed races at the end of World War II. Shipping combined for multiple items.
