WORLDWIDE Collector's Collection / Accumulation A 12 x 10 x 4 inches Box Stuffed with over 70 # 10 Envelopes. Each Envelope contains a different country stamps. The stamps in the envelopes are in small glassine envelopes . They seem to be all off paper and in VF condition , Used ,Unused, Mint Never Hinged and CTO's. Some Identified by Scott # and some not. A few on Cards and in sets also noted. Many countries represented from A to Y Some envelopes have only a few stamps and some have many. Looking on the outside the thicker envelopes with more stamps are : Austria Denmark Guinea Hungary Liberia Malagasy Monaco Mongolia Netherlands Poland and Russia The Period is from Early to maybe the 1960's This lot is Unsorted / Unchecked * Offered here AS IS and AS DESCRIBED - No Returns. *** All I can promise you is that the Box shipping weight is about 4 Pounds *** See the picture of the box and then some of the contents spread out out of the box. This takes into consideration the rigid and sometime thick protective packaging. You may see a difference of + or -, but it usually balances out. Insurance is included in all lots and reflected in the Shipping and Handling fees. Domestic Mailings is $1.00 Foreign mailings is $ 2.00. I will combine purchases that end within 2 weeks . This will save you money on postage, shipping and handling. Please contact me if there is a error in combining charges or any other questions. Domestic Mailings with a total over $ 50.00 (including postage and taxes where applicable) are sent via Insured Mail. The fee is in addition to the postage costs and according to the value of the shipment. it can range from $1.75 and up. In such case the handling fee is waived. FOREIGN transactions that total over $50.00 (including Postage) are sent via Registered Mail or Insured Priority Mail. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. For foreign transaction, Customs form will be correctly filled with the total value of the shipment including the postage costs as required by law. MY FEEDBACKS are entered AFTER the TOTAL transaction is COMPLETED. If you leave the feedback after you receive the lot, one will be left for you Immediately. If you do not leave one I will assume everything is OK and will leave one for you .This may take 2 to 3 weeks. If you disagree with this policy please send me a note with you payment and I will leave you a FEEDBACK as soon as the Payment Clears. I have no problem with that. I am a longstanding member of the AMERICAN PHILATELIC SOCIETY and abide by their rules and bylaws. The lots you see on my auctions are genuine and described to the best of my ability. On rare occasions mistakes do happen. I will do my best to correct them and make things right in any way I can. There is a 14 Day return policy for most of my lots. There is NO refund of the postage and handling costs. Large and Mixed Lots, that due to their nature are impractical or outright impossible to describe in full are offered as No Returns. they are NOT returnable unless I made a major mistake etc. Any questions? please email me .
