is another leaded stained glass window from Great Britain up for auction today. For those of you who were watching the other window, is your chance to bid on this one, which is almost an exact duplicate to the one I had listed last week.The window measures approx. 18 3/4" by 15 1/4" on the outside. The condition is outstanding with no cracks in the glass. The wood looks great too. These authentic English windows are over a hundred years old. Wood frame is original and removed from a cottage/estate in England.For those of you who didn't see my other listing, is a brief history. These antique windows are being salvaged from homes all over England, Scotland & Wales. The homes are being renovated to make the homes more energy efficient with new windows. Their loss, our gain! This particular window is typical of the ones found in Britain dating between 1800 on up to about 1920. Each one is indeed a beautiful work of art & a piece of English architectural history.Your package will be insured & packed with peanuts & bubble wrap.This will be a very unique & wonderful addition to your home.
