This is a beautiful satiny brocade fringed piano shawl dating from World War II era. It measures 33" x 33" with an additional 10" fringe. The fringe is very ornate and in good condition - it is white on two opposite sides and various shades of blue to silvery blue on the other two opposite sides. The design in the weave is of Oriental look buildings with flowers, trees & other scenery. Condition is good but not quite perfect - t are couple maybe eraser head size soiled spots on one border, along this same size the fabric looks like it might be a little faded and spotted - hard to tell how much is fading and how much is natural tinting in the fabric, this same feature of fading or tinting is noticeable in an area along the fold line more toward the center portion of the cloth. Still a beautiful piece that displays wonderfully. Always happy to combine - new bidders may combine for up to five days, previous customers are welcome to combine for up to 30 days. I am delighted to ship overseas but have to be honest in my customs reports.
