The kit has been opened but the parts are brand new. The kit includes base, parts, decals, & instructions. The set comes in the original box which has light overall wear. All items are kept in a smoke free environment, but may have been exposed to smoke at some point in their existence.Payments:I accept Paypal. All payments are expected within 5 days of auction end. If an item is not paid for by the 7th day, an unpaid item claim will be filed.Shipping: US buyer pays actual shipping including delivery confirmation. The shipping rates are set by USPS and UPS, please check the shipping details section for all shipping options and rates.All international orders over $50 will require priority mail shipping.
