This is the Camillus Cutlery Company of New York reissue of their famous United States Marine Corps combat stiletto issued during World War II. It proved to be too weak to function as a commando knife, and it was replaced by the famous U S Navy Mark II combat knife. This issue was manufactured during the 50th Anniversary of World War II in the 1990s. The knife is an exact replica of the original stiletto. It is 12 inches in length. It comes in the origianl issue oak case, which is 18 x 7 x 2 inches in size. The knife is in mint condition. T was no sheath issued with this knife in 1992.
