Greetings. You are bidding on what I believe to be a Model 1895 Dutch Cavalry sword.

The sword is in very good condition. The tip of the sword is the same shape as the Dutch Naval boarding cutlass and there are similarities in the scabbards.

Originally painted black scabbard & hilt have 30-40% paint remaining. Original blued blade has about 90% blue left and original factory sharp edge. A few nicks and rust spots. Nothing major. Steel hilt and wood handle very solid and no rattling. Scabbard leather and fittings are also solid.

4 lb. weight includes shipping materials.
