We at first thought this was a helmet and liner then found it is two seperate helmets- a light winter and cotton summer. Picture 5 is more the real color- the others are too pale. The brown canvas with leather liner, leather ear covers and chin strap is a B6 we believe as is the lighter all cotton one. If anyone has more knowledge than us on this please E-Mail- we are simply trying to identify to the best of our research and don't pretend to be experts. The previous owner was in WW1 in the Army though we didn't think he was a pilot. Maybe this was his friends or relatives. The all cotton light cream helmet has ear pouches/pockets inside. These fit my head which is about 21" around at forehead. I see no tags, names or labels inside or out. Light wear to both but no holes major damage I can see. Some soiling to the light colored cotton one. All snaps and buckles in good working order as is the leather. See our other WW1 items from same family. Happy to combine for actual shipping.
