This is a helmet that was given to me by a friend a couple of years ago. I am a collector, but not of this era, tfor I'm limited on my knowledge of this type. It seems to be all intact that what can be expected of a piece this old. The leather chin strap has been broken due to age as seen in the picture. It has a ding on the top of the helmet and some minor spotty "surface" rust that could easily be sanded off. Overall I would say it's a nice piece of history to own if you are in the market for original gear. I'll start the bidding at $25.00 with no reserve.
