This auction is for the Rifle Strap used on the WW2 Wire framed Mountain Pack/Rucksack that came out in 1941. This strap was attached at the bottom of the frame to keep your back off the metal. It also has the Belly strap to keep the pack tight against the wearer.the rucksack. This is missing on many packs. In great shape, I don't think this has ever been issued. Please view pictures carefully for details. Buyer pays shipping. PayPal or USPSMO. I met to say this is for the waist strap; not the rifle strap.
