This third pattern F-S dagger would make an important addition to any collection. Fairbairn-Sykes knives were carried during the War by British Commandos. These knives were also purchased by U.S. G.I.'s staging in England preparing for the D-Day Invasion. This WW2 3rd pattern knife is sterile, and has no markings on the guard or blade. The scabbard is stamped ' ENGLAND '. This F/S commando stiletto measures 11 7/16" overall. The blade itself measures 7". Condition :Thisvintage World War II 3rd pattern Fairbairn-Sykes knife is in mint condition. The elastic keeper strap on the scabbard is broken, and there is some occasional finish scuffing. *** International Customers : Shipping can seem high on certain items, because tracking and insurance (required for higher cost items) is expensive when shipping internationally.
