Here is an Original WW2 German Butter or Fat Dish with matching maker marks on top and bottom pieces,one of these was issued to every soldier.This one has trench art on the bottom along with the soldier's initials,it was found in a former German trench just outside of the former city of Leningrad(Saint Petersburg now),the trench was filled in with dirt after the battle by the Russians.You would never know this was found on the battlefield so many years later,being underground preserved it perfectly.There is no damage to this piece at all and both top and bottom match each other and have been together since the war.I also bought a Bakelite Canteen Cup from the same relic dealer in Russia,it will be listed shortly.This one is in very good condition,guaranteed 100% Original.Contact me with any questions.
